Guadalupe is a healthcare leader with over 10 years of transforming regional and global organizations in pharmaceuticals, biotech, hospitals, and policy. Guadalupe is the Director of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Ultragenyx Pharmaceuticals, where he leads the worldwide production and distribution of the company’s gene therapy medicines and supplies to 35 countries.
Previously, he directed the global production and distribution of medicines to 93 countries at biotech firms (Biogen & GSK). Guadalupe also ran 12 free healthcare clinics for underserved-populations in Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (UCLA Health) and helped to develop and implement the Affordable Care Act as a policy analyst (RAND Corporation).
Guadalupe holds a BS, MS in Engineering, and an MBA from MIT, and a Masters of Public Policy from Georgetown University.
