With this year’s Boston Marathon falling on Indigenous Peoples Day, Fenway Health is proud to support the Indigenous Peoples Day Newton Committee who will be hosting a ceremonial celebration on October 11th. In addition to sponsoring IPD-Newton’s celebration, Fenway will be highlighting Indigenous Peoples Day and sharing educational and engagement opportunities for the holiday. The Boston Athletic Association established the Boston Marathon® in 1897 and it has been run every year since! One more way we are all Boston proud!
