Health Navigation
Health Navigation is a type of coaching that is designed to help those who are struggling with maintaining sexual safety, substance use, and other issues that impact the quality of life. In other words, Health Navigation is a helping hand from a mentor who has the time to work with you on the things that you need to know to stay healthy and happy. A Health Navigator isn’t a doctor, nurse, social worker or therapist. They are highly trained coaches who come from the communities they serve and understand the unique needs and challenges in the lives of community members.
Life Coaching
Life Coaching is part of the Health Navigation program at Fenway and is focused on helping individuals meet personal goals that will improve their daily lives. This includes signing up for health insurance, securing housing, accessing disability benefits, and more.
